If you weren’t yet happy with the growing proliferation of coworking spaces in Boulder, and none of them seemed to stack up to your hopes and expectations, then Galvanize might be your answer.
Galvanize Boulder opened its doors on May 12, 2014. An innovation ecosystem for digital businesses and tech start-ups, Galvanize is already becoming ground zero for a slew of breakout companies in Boulder.
Galvanize Boulder claims to be a launchpad for tomorrow’s companies, and its goal is to shepherd early stage technology companies through the three pillars of community, curriculum, and capital. By providing access to regular workshops and networking events, to a vibrant and dynamic community, and to mentors and venture capitalists who are ready to take new ideas and turn them into realities, they give young companies a leg up in the competitive tech world.
This is is the coworking franchise’s fourth location (Golden Triangle, Lodo, and San Francisco) and this center for innovation and learning doesn’t disappoint. Based on the founders’ belief that the “container” in which you work should be beautiful and inspiring so as to encourage your most creative ideas to break free, Galvanize designs spaces that make you want to be better and do better work. The views alone in the Boulder location make it the kind of place where you want to drop down your laptop and get some seriously smart shit done.
Currently the space is home to over 35 companies and growing, as well as a fresh batch of 24 g-Schoolers who have hopes of becoming the latest and greatest developers in a town that boasts a less than a 2% unemployment rate in the technology sector.
If you’re looking for a place to be inspired, a place where ideas flow freely and spontaneous collaborations in a vibrant community are the order of the day, stop in to Galvanize and check them out. Or contact them about membership.
