Hey, hey — Boulder loves its yoga. Well, if you’re a Boulder yoga lover, head on over to Summer Games II: Yoga in the Park this evening at Civic Center Park.
The evening drop-in yoga class is completely free and part of BMoCA’s community-building Summer Games series. What better way to enjoy some epic Colorado (and post-rain) weather than a tree pose among the trees?
The event runs from 6-8:30pm and if you have your own yoga mat, be sure to bring it. Wait — did I just assume that someone in Boulder doesn’t already own a yoga mat? I’m insane. Clearly.
The event is open to yoga enthusiasts and newbies of all ages, making it the perfect event for the whole family. The park will be filled with food trucks, artists, games, and libations from local breweries. Because we all go out for a beer post-yoga because BOULDER.
If you can’t make this evening’s yoga shindig, then put August 7th on your calendar. That’s the date of the final installment of BMoCA’s Summers Games series. That will be a fest filled with volleyball, dodgeball (likely, with no wrenches), and bocci ball. Catch that from 6-8:30pm in Civic Center Park as well. And now I’m giggling at the Dodgeball reference. Great.
