Moms have a tough job (just ask mine, who professess — and rightfully so — that I’m the source for each of her gray hairs). With Mother’s Day around the corner, Boulder’s Dairy Center for the Arts has put together an evening of moms to celebrate…moms! We’ve written about Boulder comedy previously with upcoming shows at the likes of the Boulder Theater. Today, grab your tickets for this Thursday’s Mom Com – Stand Up With Moms.
On May 1 at 8PM, you’ll be able to laugh with the likes of Nancy Norton, Donelle Prado-Marquez, Christine Lederman, and Abby Alt. Tickets are only $10 each and are sure to bring a laugh or two (dozen). This is a fantastic way to get you (or your mom) out of the house and celebrate what we — let’s be honest — should be celebrating every day: the woman who’s half responsible for our tenure on this planet. The Front Range and Boulder comedy scenes are growing and at a mere $10 per ticket, this is your ideal chance to grab some laughs with your favorite madre.
If you’ve never taken in a show at Dairy Center for the Arts, I’m going to go ahead and say that this week is a fine time to dive in. You can buy your tickets to the show in advance here and here are the details to get you to the show:

The Dairy Center would like for patrons to note that the show may contain adult-themed content (hey, it’s standup comedy) that might not be suitable for little pitchers with big ears. If you have young ones, please take that into consideration along with the comfort of other patrons prior to buying tickets. Happy laughing! (Is there any other kind?)
