If you’re ready to get going now, book a spot on one of their Thursday Night Special rides. The ride starts in Hygiene at the Sol y Sombra Farm. From there you’ll ride 10-12 miles, visiting Lone Hawk Farm along the way, and then return to dinner at Sol y Sombra. Cost $45.
