As a working mother, once you’ve made the decision to move your infant from milk to baby food, there are several decisions to be made.
You can get the store bought baby food and save time. You can buy all the ingredients yourself and spend an entire day making a week’s worth of baby food all at once and be exhausted (more exhausted than you already are from having an infant).
Or you could sign up for GoGo Baby Organics, a fantastic new Boulder-based service that delivers homemade, organic baby food right to your door twice a month.
Located right here in Boulder,co-founders Stephanie Turner and Michele Farley discovered that no service like this existed in Boulder. Well, they weren’t going to let that one fly. GoGo Baby Organics was born (punny — sorry). They believe their new service is a perfect fit because it aligns perfectly with the core values of much of the Boulder community.
GoGo Baby Organics uses only fresh, certified organic products in their baby food and they’re committed to using local produce whenever possible. They also recycle and reuse their glass jars. Much like a diaper service, GoGo Baby drops off a delivery of baby food twice a week and customers leave out used jars for the company to take back, sterilize and reuse.
They have a variety of foods to choose from and several different categories, from the basics (fresh fruits and veggies) to their Tasty Textures and Spiced Up Meals for infants and toddlers at varying stages of solid foods.
They serve all areas of Boulder County and a few sections of Denver and deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays. This way, busy moms in Boulder and beyond can spend less time worrying about what to feed their baby each week and focus on the many other facets of raising a healthy, happy child.
