Are you ready to up-level your career? Curious about embarking on a new adventure in tech? Simply ready to find a company culture that matches who you are and how you like to work, where your skills will make a growing company thrive?
Well, you might want to hear a bit more about the Boulder Tech Job Fair coming up in Boulder on February 25!
You (probably) won’t even have to play hooky from your regular gig to get to the job fair, either. The event runs from 4-7:30 PM on February 25 at the Boulder Chamber offices at 2440 Pearl Street. Cardinal Peak and the Boulder Chamber are sponsoring the event for the second year in a row, and some of the Boulder area’s leading tech employers will be on-hand scouting new talent. Here’s a list of the companies participating in addition to Cardinal Peak at this time:
- Pivotal Labs
- Quick Left
- Reed Group
- Simple Energy
- Spectra Logic
- Treehouse Brand Stores
Now, if you’re coming from outside the Boulder area or just can’t get to Boulder during the job fair, you can see about scheduling a Skype interview. Just use the contact form on the job fair website and mention that you’d like to explore setting up a Skype interview and they’ll get you taken care of.
Bring several copies of your résumé to the fair to share with prospective employers. And if you have a little bit of extra time, you can even work on selling yourself to a new employer! Not in a cash-for-talent kind of way, but more of a hey-I’m-totally-worth-talking-to-and-would-be-a-great-fit-for-your-company kind of way. Greyzone Mentoring will have professionals on hand to help you polish your elevator pitch before meeting employers. And once you’ve got that pitch down, you can head over to chat with Built in Colorado. They’ll be providing information about how to tap into Boulder’s robust startup scene.
So, will you show up and see about your new career adventure? See you on Pearl Street on February 25!
