If you’ve never ducked into the St. Julien for a happy hour libation, let me just tell you that you’re missing out. It’s one of the best signals that spring has truly arrived — the opening of the St. Julien terrace for their happy hour series which lasts the entire spring and summer. And yep, you guessed it. The terrace at the St. Julien opens for all of Boulder to enjoy this Friday at 4PM.
Grab a coworker or simply your best pal (or maybe just someone who’s picking up the tab) and head on over to one of the liveliest happy hours in town beginning this Friday. From 4-6PM you can enjoy delightful adult libations and live music on the terrace, letting the woes of the day fall away with each note and sip.
And those who have been to a happy hour at the St. Julien know that one drink can lead to three (or five). If you’re on foot and have a safe means home, hang around for the live music that runs Tuesday through Saturday following the happy hour from 6:30-9:30PM. You’ll be able to catch acts like Dechen Hawk, Odd Meter, and Honeycomb among a wide range of jazzy and folksy others, and they’re all yours for simply showing up.
You can check out the entire event calendar for the St. Julien here, including various restaurant events like Vegan Fridays at Jill’s and the St. Julien’s famous Saturday Tea. Who knows? Maybe I’ll bump into you in the terrace while I’m in town!
