What does this have to do with hair? 1313 understands Boulder County. We know what it's like to want hair that looks good in a top knot for yoga, is sassy in a cute pony for running around town, and blown out beautifully for dinner on the weekend with friends. We may be running around in our active wear but we believe a great cut, color that fits who you are, and style that goes with your lifestyle can look fashionable.

We give where we live. In the last year, we have donated to non-profits founded in or serving Boulder County with a percentage of our retail product sales.
