Here's a little bit more about me:

A native of Colorado myself, my family and I have lived in Boulder County for 35 years and in Superior/Rock Creek for over 20 years. My wife, Brigitte and I raised our four wonderful children Samantha, Cassie, Carly and Jack in Superior's special community.

In memory of our oldest daughter Samantha, and her bravery and resiliency with health issues including two heart transplants, we have set up a foundation to keep our dear Sammy's spirit of "Never, ever give up!" alive to help kids with heart problems and their families. In college, I was a Two-Time Captain of the University of Colorado football team and All-Time Leading Tackler for the Colorado Buffs. I have always been a huge football fan and now, in my spare time, I enjoy coaching my son Jack's high school football team.

My family is actively involved with the Buffs 4 Life, Fairview Football (coaching Linebackers), Flatirons Community Church, and the Superior Chamber of Commerce.
