Bohemian Biergarten

The Bohemian Biergarten was created and founded by Zdenek Srom in 2013.  Zdenek  immigrated from his hometown of Boskovice, Czech Republic in 1996 and he knew he found his home away from home when he made it to the Rockies.  As a beer drinking, Gastro inspired designer, builder and painter, he was able to execute his vision of a true European gastropub in the heart of Boulder. Zdenek's aesthetic of rustic charm was then paired perfectly with Executive Chef Michael Clancy's approach to central European cuisine. While in Europe, Chef Michael experienced one of the most meaningful points in his career in Strasbourg at Le Buerehiesel while working under Antoine Westerman at his world renowned Michelin star restaurant. Michael executes simplistic elegance with respect to traditional techniques while using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. The ambience, imported classic European biers, authentic glassware, Central European food, timeless design, and quality of service create an experience that continues to transport visitors and locals to another place and time.
