Fresh Thymes Eatery opened in August 2013 and was named the People's Choice 2014 Best New Restaurant by Boulder's Daily Camera. That's because Fresh Thymes is a fresh take on food as a whole, one that trades flavorless fare for chef-inspired (and chef-prepared) cuisine that's fast, convenient and tastes so good you'll swear it's at least a little bad for you. Note: It's totally not, but we won't tell the kids if you don't.
