Rebecca Johnson is a Mother, Personal Trainer, Lifestyle Coach, and former World Class Ultramarathon Runner who inspires and guides those intent on having Sole to Soul Fitness to heighten, deepen, and delight in the experiences of everyday living.
I am a personal trainer and Pilates instructor who "walks her talk" with regard to diet, exercise and an active lifestyle. I am an alpine and telemark skier, rock climber, mountain biker and long-distance cycler. I believe strongly in the positive psychological benefits of exercise - for those who are healthy as well as those recovering from injury or the debilitating effects of chronic disease such as pain and fatigue. I work with clients whose goals range from rehabilitating from serious illness or injury, to a desire to tone up and keep fit, to preparing for physical challenges such as an upcoming ski season, biking events, marathons, and triathlons. I specialize in individualized conditioning to improve physical fitness and balance. I employ multiple techniques to increase my clients' confidence, agility, strength, and well-being. As longtime neighbors and friends, Bonnie and Tracy wanted to create an efficient and effective workout that integrated serious cardio and strength training while meeting the needs of those with a busy lifestyle. Ed Thornton specializes in customized exercise training sessions for men and women over the age of 50.
As a published author in the field with twenty-eight years of training experience in Boulder Colorado, he brings a certain knowledge and wisdom of what it takes to become and stay fit in this age of living longer, healthier, and more vibrant lives.
No experience required. Our classes are designed to make everyone feel welcome and get a great workout. Wear yoga-like attire (socks are optional) and bring a water bottle. We supply all props needed. We encourage new clients to arrive 15 minutes early to get a tour and meet your instructor.
We provide a safe and respectful environment for children to learn, grow, and achieve personal success.
We pride ourselves on using athletics as a vehicle for challenging bodies and minds alike, and for providing a fun learning experience at the same time.
