Hello, I'm Rebecca Mara.  I use bodywork, energy healing and intuitive coaching to create empowering transformation in the body, mind and energy systems, all of which are inseparable. My goal is to be a catalyst in returning you to your healthiest, most connected, and authentically joyful self. This involves me looking for the root of imbalance and how it shows up in the soma and soul: noticing how it may contribute to bracing, tension or vigilance in the nervous system/body, how it affects your breathing, relationships to self and others, posture, as well as the impact on emotional patterns, beliefs, and psychological habits- all a parts of the web relating to how we experience life through our bodies. With your help I then bring caring support and resource to the imbalance in this root pattern so that it can be transformed and healed. While working with you to release deep layers of tension, I teach empowering tools to integrate into your daily practice in order to “crowd out” the negative patterning with resource.  When we do this, we are able to transform your baseline, daily experience of yourself and the world around you into a richer, more connected experience of yourself and the world- one that you previously may not have realized was possible. I find that change in the body, nervous system, energy body and psyche is much more deeply integrated we are willing to look at the parts that are painful, challenging, shamed, or rejected as well as your hidden gifts, strengths, and the inherent perfection and sacredness of what is here in the moment.
