Ute's forte is space planning and creating detailed, to scale CAD drawings. A good set of plans with colored perspectivees will help you to visualize the final look of the space. Most importantly, it is the roadmap that serves as a planning and communication tool not only between the homeowner and the designer, but also with the contractor, plumber, electrician and other trades that will work on your renovation.
