1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Earth Sciences & Map Library, lower level. Join us in the Map Library to sample food that's been grown in Colorado through its history. Meet educators and industry representatives to learn about our agricultural heritage. Sample foods such as non-alcoholic beer, apple products, beef jerky, and others traditionally grown in Colorado. View maps to learn where your food comes from. Meet reps from CU's Sustainable Food Systems MENV program. About the Culture Crawl: The Culture Crawl is a campus-wide event celebrating CU Boulder arts & culture. Stop by the different locations to take part in immersive activities, performances, artmaking, food tasting and more.
