Lucid: A Collective Exploration of Dreams

Lucid is a virtual four-week group for CU Boulder staff and faculty to explore dreams as collective material. Participants share recent dreams; the group free-associates to the images, feelings, and themes that surface. Facilitation follows Gordon Lawrence’s approach, focus on the dream itself rather than the personal story of the dreamer. Associations link across the circle, allowing patterns and new thoughts about the wider social field and shared human experience to emerge. The atmosphere is one of curiosity and non-judgment. No personal interpretation is required or expected. Through this process, participants often experience a stronger sense of interconnection and fresh perspective on the unspoken currents of collective life. Open to all CU Boulder staff and faculty.
