Meander Books Workshop

TICKETS In this hands-on workshop with Bohemia Boulder, participants will create a magical “meander book” by painting paper, then folding and cutting it into a unique sculptural book form. Once assembled, the book can be transformed with words, drawings, collage, photographs, keepsakes, and personal imagery, then finished with handmade covers and special fasteners. Inspired by the themes of Off the Page: Language as Material, this workshop inviting participants to experiment with storytelling, memory-keeping, mark-making, and creative book structures. Using a variety of papers, ephemera, and found materials, you’ll create a one-of-a-kind artist book that unfolds in unexpected ways and reflects your own experiences, interests, and imagination. All materials will be provided, including fine and found papers, ephemera, photographs, natural materials, and other creative treasures.
