Shine On Norlin

Shine on Norlin is a signature event celebrating CU Boulder’s 150th anniversary and the debut of a large-scale light show projection on the west face of Norlin Library. Norlin Quad will come alive with free food, performances, interactive activities and the premiere of a stunning visual storytelling experience projected onto the west face of Norlin Library at dusk. Shine on Norlin is a canvas for the CU Boulder community to tell its stories. Through student artwork, historic imagery, video, music, research, innovation, performances, and creative storytelling, the installation will highlight the people, moments, discoveries, and traditions that have shaped the university over the past 150 years while looking boldly toward its future. The light show premieres Oct. 1 and following the debut, projections will continue nightly throughout October at dusk every hour on the hour for 10 minutes from 6:00–9:00 p.m. This event is open to all CU Boulder faculty, staff, students, and members of the...
