Featuring KEZMA and Passing, spatial audio forward recordings from the TANK transposed for B2. Works by Brook Vann & Jean-Jacques Martinod. KKEMZA is a feature-length essay film built from four years of fieldwork across four disappearing wetland ecosystems: Louisiana's Atchafalaya Basin, Ecuador's Guayas mangroves, the Florida Everglades, and the absent Beljarica swamp buried beneath Belgrade. A cinematic travelogue through worlds at the edge of legibility, the film follows fishermen, philosophers, and nonhuman ecologies caught between ecological collapse, narcotrafficking, and urban erasure. Passing is a six-minute digital storytelling piece made up of six movements. It combines data sonification with field recordings from Tennessee to explore transgender experiences in areas like employment, education, healthcare, housing, safety, and community.
