Word/Play! Open Mic

TICKETS Join us on October 7, 5–8 PM in the Dairy Arts Center’s McMahon Gallery for Word/Play!, an open mic evening hosted by Aspen Everett in conjunction with the Off the Page exhibition. Off the Page explores the power of language—how words shape identity, transmit knowledge, build community, and inspire creativity. Now it’s your turn! At Word/Play! open mic, poets, musicians, comedians, storytellers, and creatives of every kind are invited to share original work in an open and supportive environment. Participants are especially encouraged to respond to the exhibition, individual artworks, or the exhibition’s themes, though this is not required. Performers who sign up in advance will have their entry fee waived. Each performance slot is up to 8 minutes long.
