This week, it’s time to find your favorite walking shoes. Get the stroller tuned up. Get the bike in tip-top shape. Why? Because it’s that time of the year again — Bands on the Bricks is back on the Pearl Street Mall!
A long-standing tradition for the summers in Boulder, Bands on the Bricks brings a wide array of music to the Boulder community every Wednesday evening. Starting next Wednesday, June 11, you and yours can head on down to the Pearl Street Mall beginning at 5:30PM for the festivities.
For the grownups, there’s an outdoor beer/wine/margarita garden (did someone say margarita?). This summer’s margaritas are by the incomparable Rio (seriously, drink with a designated walker/driver) and the beer will rotate between Sanita Brewing, Avery, and West Flanders. Nothing like a little adult bevvy to start the evening.
At 7PM, you can stroll over to the bandstand and catch one of the sweet bands playing for the next ten weeks. Here’s the lineup (and check out the event site where you can hear tracks from each band so you can make a playlist all your own).
