Privacy Policy

Your Boulder (yourboulder.com) is a local guide to Boulder, Colorado. This policy describes what information the site collects and how it's used. Last updated: August 2026.

What We Collect

Newsletter signups. If you subscribe, we store the email address you provide and use it only to send the newsletter. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Forms. If you contact us or submit a business through Get Listed, we store what you send (name, email, and the details of your message or listing) to respond and to maintain the directory.

Server logs. Like most websites, our server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

What We Don't Do

We don't sell or rent your information. We don't run user accounts or comments, so we don't hold passwords or profiles. Business information shown in the directory is business contact information, not personal data you submitted privately.

Third Parties

Pages may embed content or link to external sites (for example, ticket sellers and venue websites); their privacy practices are their own. Stock photography is served from our own servers.

Questions or Removal Requests

To ask about your data, correct a listing, or have information removed, use the contact form and we'll sort it out.
