Allen Bridgeforth (G.O.T.C Fitness)

Allen Bridgeforth is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer and a licensed massage therapist in Colorado.
Allen is originally from Chicago but has called Colorado home since 2006. He enjoys spending time with his wife, six-year-old daughter, and infant son, as well as hiking and off-road driving on mountain trails.
