Led by human behavior specialist, Dr. Leslie-Ellen Blood. Are you tired of the boring, repetitive nature of professional development workshops? Do you want to be challenged, add performance and communication skills to your CV, and belong to a community of brilliant, like-minded academics? This semester, Grad+ Mastery will focus on purpose. Is purpose something we find, or something we build? Human behavior research frames purpose as a dynamic person-environment process that emerges through our interaction with the world around us. This perspective not only allows but requires active engagement in the formation and execution of purpose. We struggle to articulate why we do what we do, think what we think, and want what we want, yet we still expect to feel motivated, take action, and maintain focus.
