Hosted by the Sustainability Research Initiative (SRI), Sustainability on Tap is a monthly conversation series that brings sustainability research out of the classroom and into the community. Held this month at Upslope Brewing Company (East Boulder), the event creates a relaxed, welcoming space for dialogue, curiosity, and connection with the broader Boulder community. Rather than a traditional academic lecture, this series is designed to feel like a conversation: thought provoking, accessible, and grounded in real world impact. Each month features researchers and practitioners sharing ideas that connect complex research to everyday life.
