The doors at Snooze open promptly at 7AM every day, and from then on, the joint is hoppin’.
Snooze has multiple locations across the Front Range, including Denver and Fort Collins, and is well known for its delectable breakfast and brunch fare. There’s a reason there’s usually a wait — the food is delicious!
Snooze is a great place to pick up an early morning business meeting over breakfast. We’d recommend business folk plan to arrive before 8AM when Snooze can tend to get a bit noisy for long conversations.
Whenever you arrive, however, you’ll feel at home with the funky retro décor and bright lighting. And no, it’s not too bright for those mornings where you’d prefer as little light in your eyes as possible.
The menu at Snooze offers every breakfast basic you can imagine, but we’re going to have to share some of our favorites.
Sam I Am – This is one of Udi’s gorgeous pretzel rolls filled with eggs, cheese, and sausage. You might even find a side of hollandaise.
Juan’s Breakfast Tacos – Bite-sized and hand-held goodness right here. Three tortillas filled with eggs, hash browns, jack cheese, and ranchero sauce.
The Pancake Flight – Whichever 3 pancakes you like, including their always special pancake of the day. A little bit of heaven on a plate — and you can even get gluten-free pancakes!
For things that go beyond their standard breakfast fare, be sure to check out their brunch menu. This is one place in Boulder where you can get brunch all the time — a definite benefit for the brunch lovers everywhere! They also offer a complete coffee bar and plain bar-bar for those who need an extra kick with their morning meal.
And just a local’s tip — arrive early. We know we already said that, but the wait on weekends can be up to an hour! When you get inside, you won’t much care, but if you’re cool with waiting, bring a book and a few good friends. All will keep you company until you can get inside and enjoy Snooze’s comfort food.
