Founded by “The Shine Sisters” - triplets Jill, Jessica and Jennifer Emich, formerly of the acclaimed restaurant Trilogy Wine Bar & Lounge - Shine Restaurant and Potion Bar serves up plates for the carnivore, vegan, vegetarian, and paleo way of eating. The menu features farm-to-table comfort food with 100% grass-fed meats and wild seafood in a 100% gluten-free bakery and GMO-free kitchen.
