Top of the morning to you! It’s that time of year again: St. Patrick’s Day is here, and Boulder, Colorado, is the best place to celebrate. You could start your day by walking or driving around the Colorado Chautauqua Historic Landmark to see 15 bear cub sculptures of Art In The Park , each made by a different artist. Don’t miss the new 8-foot-tall bear installation near the Chautauqua Auditorium, too.
For those of you looking for a more laid-back way to celebrate, stop by Boulder Social from 11am – close on St. Patty’s Day for free swag and food and drink specials. Check out the special menu and make reservations if you want to join in the fun.
But for those who are ready to paint the town green, don’t miss the Boulder Shamrock Stroll Pub Crawl ! Show off your best green outfit and feel like a pot of gold all day long with exclusive bar specials and top-rated drink promotions. It’s the event of the year!
Of course, we all know that what we’re really here for is beer. St. Patrick’s Day 5K Fun Run at Avery Brewing is happening on Sunday, March 19th, where they’ll be making their “Irish Red Ale” in addition to hosting a 5K fun run and a post-race party with beers, an Irish breakfast burrito, entertainment, and live music. Sign up now to secure your spot!
Whether you prefer bears, beer, or both, Boulder is the perfect place to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. Don’t miss the world’s shortest St. Patrick’s Day parade, along with all the other festivities! Sláinte!
