Boulderites love their pets nearly as much as they love organic food and definitely more than the Whole Foods parking lot. Well, this summer, you can help celebrate the “love of dog” with a film fest designed especially for pet lovers in mind.
On June 19th, head on over to The Dairy Center for the 2015 Bow Wow Film Fest. The entire evening benefits the Humane Society of Boulder Valley and you’ll be delighted with pup-centric films for the entire evening. Adult tickets are a mere $15 and little ones (12 and under) can fetch a film for only $10.
The Bow Wow Film Fest is a tour stopping in many cities all across the country. The film festival partners with local animal rescue groups to help raise funds to support their pet-tastic endeavors. As any rescue pet parent knows, these rescue groups continue to operate year after year through the financial generosity of the surrounding communities and the Humane Society of Boulder Valley is no different.
Why not make an evening of it? Take your pup on a hike or big walk around town, load up the family in the car and help celebrate your canine family members with your fellow Boulderites?
Grab your tickets right here, or if you happen to be swinging by either The Dairy Center or the Humane Society, you can buy tickets in person at those two venues as well. Oh — and for our Denver friends, the Bow Wow Film Fest is coming to YOU at the Oriental Theatre on August 1. Score your tickets for that event right here.
